Adam M. Foard, Esq. is a native of Pageland, SC and the son of Mike Foard and Linnett (Foard) Burr. A 2000 graduate of Central High School, Mr. Foard went on to Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC where he majored in Business Marketing and minored in History while maintaining his place on the Dean's List. After earing a Bachelor's Degree in 2003, Mr. Foard went on to join the Inagural Class at the Charleston School of Law in Charleston, SC. During law school, he served as Chairman of the CSOL History Committe and completed an internship with the Fourth Circuit Solicitor's Office. Mr. Foard graduated with his J.D. in May 2007 and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in November 2007. Mr. Foard has continuously served as an Assistant Solicitor for the Fourth Judicial Circuit since passing the bar exam, serving both Darlington and Chesterfield Counties. In his capacity as Assitant Solicitor, Mr. Foard has successfully prosecuted almost every type of crime, including property crimes, drug offenses, and violent crimes including murder. In the spring of 2011, Mr. Foard made the decision to begin a new phase career and opened Adam M. Foard Law, LLC, a general practice law firm in Pageland, SC. In addition, Mr. Foard continues to serve the citizens of Chesterfield County as Assistant Solicitor and is also a licensed real estate agent. Mr. Foard is married to the former Clare Griffin and they have a son, Wyatt. Adam M. Foard Law currently serves the following practice areas: Real Estate, Busines Law, Domestic Law, Personal Injury, Probate & Estate Planning, Civil Litigation, and Criminal Defense.
